Front of House Team Member

Pay: $16.90/hr tips (avg. $2–$5/hr, paid nightly)

Availability: weekends

This role is more than cashiering. We’re looking for someone confident, hands-on, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. During slower shifts, you may work independently, and during busy times you’ll work side-by-side with a teammate — in both cases, multitasking is essential to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking orders in person and over the phone (strong phone etiquette required)
• Bagging orders, cutting pizzas, and assisting with delivery routing
• Making educated decisions on driver assignments
• Keeping the lobby and workstation clean, organized, and stocked
• Restocking essentials (utensils, napkins, boxes, sodas, etc.)
• Staying productive and flexible, helping wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

• Confident demeanor; not easily flustered
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Prior FOH or cashier experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Bilingual English & Spanish required (staff and customers are primarily Spanish-speaking)
• Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service
