About the Position
The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining an apartment community. The technician will work full-time, primarily during weekdays, and may be required to be on call.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheet-rock repair and painting in apartments.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure apartments are ready for new tenants.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 1 year of maintenance experience required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Must have tools and transportation.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Background screening is required.
