WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
- Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
- Process lease paperwork
- Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property
- Collection calls to clients
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
- Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off
WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Longview, TX property.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
