Schedule:
- Monday to Friday-Must be willing to work on Saturdays
- 8 hour shift
Duties:
- Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.
- Utilizes established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
- Maintain closing ratios and work alongside team to achieve 100% occupancy.
- Assisting prospective tenants with application and lease completion.
- Maintain excellent customer service relationship with residents and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.
- Assist property manager in efficiently and effectively managing property as needed.
- Follow policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety Standards
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prefer one year sales/leasing experience
- Knowledge of AppFolio software is a plus
