Schedule:

• Monday to Friday-Must be willing to work on Saturdays
• 8 hour shift

Duties:

• Respond to leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours. 
• Utilizes established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Maintain closing ratios and work alongside team to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Assisting prospective tenants with application and lease completion.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationship with residents and handle inquiries with professionalism. 
• Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins. 
• Assist property manager in efficiently and effectively managing property as needed.
• Follow policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety Standards

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prefer one year sales/leasing experience
• Knowledge of AppFolio software is a plus
