Mission: Primary function is the sale of exchanges and outright equipment within Trading team. Secondary function is to buy some units from the market to support repair and exchange
Objective: Maintain and grow the current level of business for the Trading activity.
Scope: Sales and exchanges of used line replaceable unit (LRU) not covered by repair contracts exchange programs.
Reports to LRU & Trading Director
Description
- Market Trading Inventory and services
- Process any day-to-day quotes request or sale or exchange support from customers
- Be the first point of contact and the driving force for the Trading activity.
- Process any sales order for Trading and optimizing inventory
- Follow-up core returns after exchange, avoid late fees and outright invoices
- Support AR if needed to solve payment issues with customers
- Ensure repair of core performed and invoice to customer
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Good sales and customer relation skills
- Microsoft Office, Quantum and industry part search engines (ILS, Parts Base...)
- Time management (focus on the subject), listening skills, able to adjust to change, able to deal with pressure and stay calm and clear in thoughts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Good record keeping and problem-solving skills
- Must have good multi-tasking abilities
- Must complete tasks assigned, quickly and on time
- Aviation experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- High school education
- 5 years minimum experience in Sales of Rotable/LRU
- ERP experience, preferably Component Control Quantum or SAP
- Ability to work in stressful environment
