We are now accepting applications for an Employee Recruiter/ Staff Retention This person would be responsible for advertising open positions, monitoring and maintaining various job boards, phone screening applicants, setting up interviews, and interviewing some candidates. Employee Recruiter will be responsible for staff retention activities. We are looking for a creative, self motivated, and energetic person to fill this role If you enjoy planning fun activities and boosting morale this is the job for you
Employee Recruiters will assist all departments including nursing, administration, dietary, and more. Having the best talent available plays a key role in ensuring our residents have the best care possible
