What You’ll Be Doing
- Making dumplings, kakigori components, and prep items with care and consistency
- Keeping up during busy service while still doing things the right way
- Working closely with FOH — we’re one team, not two sides
- Learning new flavors, techniques, and cultural context along the way
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and running smoothly
