Duties

- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including outdoor surface cleaning or maintenance tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of housekeeping management principles is a plus
- Reliable transportation or access to work sites across various locations
