What You’ll Do
You won’t be joining an established salon where you’re the “new groomer.”
We’re all new.
We’re building our clientele, relationships, and team culture together from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your client book in a brand-new salon with brand-new equipment while helping create a workplace built around quality, safety, teamwork, and professional respect.
We’re looking for groomers who care about their craft, care about the pets entrusted to them, and want to help build a neighborhood salon we can all be proud of.

Compensation
50% grooming commission 100% of your tips — paid daily.
Experienced, productive groomers have the potential to earn $95,000 annually, depending on schedule, appointments, services, clientele, and tips.
Flexible scheduling, performance incentives, professional-development opportunities, and additional groomer benefits may also be available.

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional grooming services for dogs of different breeds, sizes, coat types, and personalities.
- Consult with pet parents and recommend services based on each dog’s needs.
- Perform bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, scissoring, styling, nail care, ear cleaning, de-shedding, and de-matting.
- Follow Woof Gang grooming, handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming environment.
- Work with the entire team to create a positive experience from check-in through pick-up.
- Build lasting relationships with pets and their families through quality work and compassionate care.
- 2 years of professional grooming experience; 3 years preferred.
- Strong grooming, finishing, clipping, and scissoring skills.
- Knowledge of breeds, coat types, canine behavior, and safe handling.
- Grooming portfolio or before-and-after examples.
- A quality-over-quantity approach without sacrificing efficiency or safety.
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with pet parents.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Weekend and peak-time availability as needed.
- Cat grooming experience is a plus, but not required.
