Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries through incoming calls.
- Resolve vender concerns and client issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
- Promote a positive vender and client experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service, support, retail, call center, hospitality, or related experience preferred.

- Desktop or Laptop Computer must be PC or MAC (Chromebooks, etc are not permitted)
- Opera GX Browser required (Training modules not fully supported by Chrome or Internet Explorer)
- Processor: i5 or newer (or Ryzen 5 ) Minimum 2ghz
- Minimum 8GB RAM.
- High Speed Internet Access with 10MBPS Down and 2MBPS Upload or better
