Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and manage quality control processes within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that all blankets, garments, and products meet company standards and customer specifications before receiving the products into inventory. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our brand reputation and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the quality control team in day-to-day inspection of home, apparel, and children’s products.
- Conduct final inspections of goods to identify defects and non-conformities.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and SOPs specific to apparel, home, and accessory production.
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, design, and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues, and work with Warehouse teams to ensure timely inspections and release to inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, defects, and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and provide reports with actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Ensure quality is within industry standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee VAS and Returns processes.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a quality control or supervisory role in the apparel or home industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, sewing/knitting techniques, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards and other inspection methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems/software.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions:

- May require occasional travel to vendors or production facilities.
