Job Summary
We’re looking for Hosts who are outgoing, organized, and ready to own the front door. As the first and last impression of the guest experience, your energy and attention to detail matter. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with lots of moving parts—perfect for someone who loves staying busy and working with a team. Experience is preferred, but if you bring the right attitude and drive, we’re happy to train you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome
- Manage the waitlist, seating chart, and guest flow efficiently
- Quote accurate wait times and communicate clearly and kindly
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Answer the phone and assist with to-go orders and inquiries
- Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior host or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm, friendly, and focused in a high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic—punctual, dependable, and coachable
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting
- Weekend and evening availability required
