ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team and support the day-to-day of our athlete and partnership program. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality, customer service, or social media who’s ready to bring energy, organization, and people skills to a fast-paced, team-first environment.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Partnerships to help support BPN athletes, manage deliverables, coordinate event logistics, and track social media activity — all while making sure our athlete community feels valued and supported.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Athlete Support
- Act as a daily point of contact for athletes, making sure they’re taken care of and set up for success.
- Help onboard new athletes with calls, scheduling, product shipments, and care packages.
- Track athlete deliverables like social posts, event appearances, and product features.
Social Media Support
- Monitor and organize athlete social posts for tracking and reporting.
- Capture and share behind-the-scenes content at events and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring athlete stories to life across platforms.
Event & Hospitality Support
- Assist with athlete logistics during events — from travel and housing to hospitality and schedules.
- Be onsite at events to help ensure smooth execution and a standout athlete experience.
Operational Support
- Keep records of contracts, deliverables, and shipments organized.
- Assist with scheduling calls, updating calendars, and preparing reports.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or social media. (internships and part-time experience welcome)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
- Excited about fitness, sports, and being part of a brand that lives and breathes community.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas. HQ is in Round Rock, TX (25 mins north of Austin)
