This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef based in Wilmington, DE. The Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, develop new menus that reflect Bardea’s innovative approach, and ensure food quality and presentation that meets the restaurant’s high standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining inventory control. The Chef will play a key role in leading the culinary team and contributing to the evolution of Bardea’s creative dining experiences.
- Culinary expertise, with strong skills in menu development, food preparation, and plating
