About Us
Barcroft Auto Detailing is a fast-growing detailing company in Arlington, VA. We do mobile and in-shop work, from full interior and exterior details to paint correction and ceramic coatings. We're building a team of motivated, sharp people who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (estimated typical earnings from commission and tips)
- Base commission on every job, rising to tier two once you meet our performance goals
- Keep 100% of your tips
- Earn more by recommending add-on services to customers
- Pay goes out the same day the customer pays, and always within 14 days
What You'll Do
- Do interior and exterior details to a high standard
- Do paint correction and apply ceramic coatings (we'll train you if you need it)
- Talk with customers, walk them through services and recommend useful add-ons
- Take before and after photos and update each job in our app
- Keep your detailing rig organized, stocked and ready to go
Who We're Looking For
- Detailing experience (paint correction and ceramic coating experience is a big plus); 1 year of auto detailing preferred
- High energy, hard working and coachable
- Good with customers and confident recommending extra services
- Reliable: on time, sticks to your schedule, communicates clearly
- Detail-oriented and willing to follow our process on every job
- Valid driver's license (required) and dependable transportation to our Arlington base (1501 Langston Blvd, formerly Lee Hwy)
- Day shift availability preferred; weekend availability is a plus

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Pay range shown is an estimate of typical earnings from commission and tips. Work location: in person.
