Real responsibility, right away
It will start with a weeks of intensive training, after which, you'll join one of our Finance Teams for your first rotation. Over the course of the next two year's you will have 3 rotations across Finance to give you breath of knowledge and experience to leverage from as you progress your career at Barclays.
Examples of tasks you will perform include:
- perform daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts
- compile regular reports and scorecards for senior managers
- analyse data for trends and insights
- write and deliver presentations based on your analyses to senior managers
- lead calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders

To be considered for this program, you must:
- successfully complete an undergraduate degree between December 2022- June 2023.
Ideally, you would also have:
- a minimum GPA of 3.2
- unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- basic knowledge of the role of finance and financial markets
- a major in finance or accounting (preferred)
- resourcefulness, leadership, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
