Join Barclays as a Portfolio Insights Lead, where you will be responsible for managing TAP and Retail segment analytics by ensuring recommendations for product strategy and product propositions are evidenced-based. In this exciting role, you will interact closely with internal and external partners to deliver analytical solutions across multiple industries.

To be successful as a Portfolio Insights Lead, you should have:


  • Proven experience and knowledge of data analysis/data modelling with credit cards and bureau data
  • Experience using SQL/SAS/Python/other
  • Proven experience in identifying opportunities and translating them into concrete results

Purpose of the role

To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments.

Accountabilities


  • Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources.
  • Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models.
  • Development and implementation of data quality control procedures.
  • Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
