BARC Developmental Services Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Program (Birth–3)
Location: Bucks County (Service delivery in homes, daycares, and community settings)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Position Summary
The Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing provides specialized instruction (SI – Hearing) and family coaching to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with hearing differences. Services focus on promoting communication, language development, and auditory learning within the child’s natural environments.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of early intervention, early childhood special education, early childhood education, child development, special education, deaf education, or related field.
- Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing certification
- 1 year of full-time experience or full-time-equivalent experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families or a university-supervised practicum or teaching experience with young children with disabilities.
