- Education equivalent to high school education
- Three years previous experience in general maintenance required
- Skills Knowledge should include strong experience in major areas of: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing, masonry work HVAC
- Valid driver's license with good driving record required
- Good troubleshooting skills needed. Heavy lifting and ladder work required
- Includes Paid snow plowing responsibilities/equipment provided
