JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the housekeeping department.
- Supervise all housekeeping staff.
- Inspect the facility, on a daily basis, to ensure all cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Provide a clean and safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
- Assist with development and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding the housekeeping department.
- Attend all in-services and on-the-job training.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
- Successful criminal background check
- Housekeeping/Laundry experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
