Barberton Tree Service Inc. is looking for an experienced Stump Grinder who is passionate about their craft and who is fully capable of assisting our company towards safe and professional standards of excellence.
- Qualified candidates will have experience in equipment operation and yard maintenance.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs routine inspection and general maintenance on equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
o Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & submit to a background check
o Minimum 3 years professional equipment operating experience
o Valid Ohio Driver License with clean driving record with ability to obtain OH CDL - REQUIRED
o Must provide a Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Driver Abstract print out no more than 10 days old
o Must be able to demonstrate basic skills during interview process
o Must be able to work long hours & some Saturdays
o Legally authorized to work in the US
o Must be able to meet physical demands of the position to include ability to lift 50 pounds
o Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
