Job description:

 

Work under the supervision of the Campus Principal to provide appropriate instruction in the area of technical theater, theater production, and facilities operation.  Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular theater activities and ensure compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements.  Plan activities to achieve district, region, and state recognition.

 

Start Date:  August, 2026

 

Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)

 

2020-2021 Teacher Salary Schedule (Salaries listed include theater arts stipend):

*0  Years  = $74,500

*15 Years = $93,863

Add $1,200 for Master's Degree

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

 

Qualifications:

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Theater Arts Education

*Bachelor's Degree from accredited university

*Additional Secondary Teaching Certification preferred

 

Salary : $74,500 - $93,863
