Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)
2025-2026 Teacher Salary Schedule:
0 Years = $66,000
15 Years = $85,363
Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.
Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification
Employment Days: 187
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold TEA Licensure in High School, Physical Science, Mathematics, Industrial Technology or Engineering Technology and have participated or be willing to participate in appropriate PLTW training.
Teacher supports the growth of the Engineering curriculum by planning lessons and providing instruction for students in the areas of (but not limited to): Coding, Robotics, Problem/Project Based Learning, and Design Process
Instruct academic, industrial, and tech-prep Engineering classes
Prepare students for appropriate Industry-Based Certifications
Sponsor Robotics organizations and attend competitions
Other duties as assigned
