Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This role will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and support for our team. The Office Manager will play a key part in fostering a productive work environment that aligns with our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Responsible for paying all vendors in a timely manner.
- Accounts Receivable: Responsible for invoicing customers and managing overdue accounts.
- Payroll: Ensure payroll is accurate and processed on-time.
- Organize events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment ensuring everything is in working order and well-stocked.
- Ensure the office is clean and presentable to new clients.
- Assist with human resources tasks as needed (i.e. onboarding, performance management, terminations, etc).
- Assist in driving improvement to established processes & systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online experience is a plus).
