Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor-Automotive to lead our team in a dynamic automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of automotive repair processes. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and managing project schedules while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• In search of an Automotive Service Dispatcher/Shop Foreman to join a rapidly growing organization. This individual will be responsible for working with multiple departments to ensure that customers concerns with vehicles are addressed and repaired. You will be working closely with other members of the service department team, in addition to our parts department team. Excellent salary plus performance based bonuses. We are a very busy 20 bay service department with all of the tools necessary to generate high income. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing #1 in Philly Delaware and south jersey Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler and Barbera Cares Programs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

· Oversee Performance of Maintenance and Repairs

· Responsible for Leadership and Training of Service Technicians

- Mentoring and Developing newly trained technicians

· Diagnose Mechanical and Electrical Issues

-Responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative team environment in the shop

-Oversee that the shop operates efficiently and effectively

· Oversee Shop Safety and Cleanliness

· Maintain Customer and Vehicle Records

The Qualifying Candidate Must Have

· A & B Class Technician Certification

· High School Diploma required

· Inspection and Emissions license

· 1-2 years of work experience as a service technician

· Advanced attention to detail

· Polished communication, problem solving, and customer servicing skills desired

· Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy

The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager and Shop Foreman
