The Role
We are seeking a polished, proactive Front Desk Concierge / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role goes beyond a traditional reception position—combining hospitality, coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. You will work closely with clinical providers, client services, and grooming professionals to ensure seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, professional, and elevated first impression for every guest
- Provide concierge-level customer service in a high-volume setting
- Develop a strong working knowledge of all services and confidently answer client questions
- Coordinate patient and guest travel logistics as needed
- Manage fulfillment and shipping of medications and product kits
- Navigate and multitask across multiple scheduling and EMR systems (e.g., DrChrono, Acuity)
- Maintain accuracy across scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows
- Assist with onboarding and training of new front desk team members
- Address client concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished front desk and guest space
- Monitor, track, and replenish inventory for medications, retail products, and office supplies
- Support local social media content capture and collaborate with marketing initiatives
- Contribute to performance goals and operational KPIs for the location

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour bonus opportunity up to $1,000/month
