- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field with 5 years of prior management experience or;
- Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in IT operations.
- Expertise in project management, network systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and communicate across departments.
- Strong decision-making and business acumen.
