Responsibilities - Mobile Service Advisor:
- Determine if repair request is within Mobile Service scope, advise on options and costs, schedule service.
- Create repair order, ensure correct parts for repair are loaded on Mobile Service Unit
- Dispatch appropriate Mobile Service Unit and Technician for requested repair
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process payment
- Prospect for new business
- Target goal is 10 - 15 experiences per day.
- Maintain high CSI score.
Qualifications - Mobile Service Advisor:
- Auto Service Advisor or Tech experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Organized, confident, trustworthy, and skilled in conflict resolution.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
