Our teams support mission-critical programs by delivering scalable, secure, and resilient systems that enable operational success.We are seeking an Engineering Manager to provide senior technical leadership in support of Naval Special Warfare Command. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with program execution and coordination responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with Government stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.The Role:The Engineering Manager is responsible for defining and executing the engineering vision and roadmap in alignment with Naval Special Warfare mission objectives. You will lead engineering activities from design through deployment, ensure delivery of high-quality solutions, and provide senior-level technical guidance to address complex engineering challenges.This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate effectively within Agile environments supporting high-visibility mission systems.Responsibilities:Partner with Government stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define, communicate, and execute the engineering roadmap and technical visionProvide senior-level technical leadership and hands-on support to resolve complex engineering challengesOversee day-to-day execution of engineering initiatives, managing efforts from inception through deliveryContribute to the design, evolution, and review of system architectures, capacity planning strategies, and tooling approachesLead and facilitate technical architecture discussions and engineering decision-making forumsDevelop, maintain, and review technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and engineering deliverablesStay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to developer platforms, infrastructure, and toolingRequired Qualifications:Active DoD Secret security clearanceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline10 years of hands-on software development experience10 years of experience in an engineering leadership or management role within Scrum or Agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to optimize engineering teams and improve delivery performanceExperience with systems engineering, networking, and troubleshooting complex technical environmentsProficiency in code review processes and engineering quality assurance practicesExperience with modern developer toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and automated testing frameworksExperience supporting cloud infrastructure and software deployment activities, including build, validation, release, and operational supportStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong technical writing skillsEEO CommitmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
