This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meat Cutter at our Mentor, OH location. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat and poultry products to meet customer orders and display requirements. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with food safety standards, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service while helping customers select and prepare their desired products.
- Proficiency in Butchery and Meat Processing techniques, with knowledge of proper handling and cutting methods
- Experience working with Poultry and other types of meats
- Understanding and adherence to Food Safety regulations and guidelines
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact professionally and assist customers with their selections
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
