Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Manage phone systems, direct calls, and take messages
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous (multilingual or bilingual)
- Strong guest service and guest relations skills
