Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pizza Maker & Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our full-service bar in Lynden, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking our specialty pizzas from scratch, as well as cooking up our popular menu of bar snacks and appetizers. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, snacks, and appetizers according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food prep stations efficiently and safely
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety standards and sanitizing protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new snack ideas and refining existing recipes to enhance flavor profiles
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
- Follow food safety management practices including proper storage, portion control, and waste reduction
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and presentation
- Prior catering or snack/appetizer preparation experience is desirable

Pay: $16.75 - $17.50 per hour
