Energetic and Outgoing Bartender needed for Fast Pace Work!
Responsibilities:
-1-3 Shifts per week
-Energetic personality a must
-Available day hours starting at 3 pm -Available to work weekends a must
- Week day evenings as needed
-Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments through a cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets and events
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
-RAMP Cert required, if currently not held have 30 days to complete
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating tabs, and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Understanding of food handling guidelines and safety precautions
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Basic knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, tips, and change
