Responsibilities
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and masking.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Protect furniture, floors, fixtures, and landscaping before painting.
- Perform quality workmanship with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Complete projects efficiently while meeting BAR Painting's quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Experience with interior and exterior residential painting.
- Experience using brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
