Position Summary
Bar Keeper's Friend is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our Pick & Pack team. In this role, you will support daily operations by picking, packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can rotate across multiple workstations, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications.
Rotate between four designated workstations throughout the shift.
Perform routine visual inspections on products to ensure quality standards are met.
Stack and organize finished goods on pallets for shipping or storage.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day.
Communicate any production issues or concerns promptly to the production management team.
Adhere to all safety and operational procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull boxes up to 20 lbs. consecutively throughout the shift.
Perform repetitive tasks involving reaching, bending, twisting, grasping, tightening, and stretching.
Comfortable with consistent movement and manual labor, including climbing and walking.
Able to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Rotate between all four workstations as scheduled.
Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
