Bartender / Server — Bar Kamon (Downtown San Diego)
Bar Kamon is a Japanese-inspired craft cocktail bar located behind a hidden entrance inside Asa Bakery in East Village.
We focus on precision, restraint, and hospitality rooted in omotenashi — anticipating guest needs without being asked. Our program blends Japanese technique, modern cocktail methods, and a deep respect for detail.
We are currently looking for a Bartender and/or Server to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-level guest experience aligned with our service standards
- Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently guide guests
- Execute drinks and/or service with precision and consistency
- Support team flow during service (full hands in, full hands out)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Compensation
- Hourly tips (competitive based on experience)
