Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and present available units
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Support marketing and leasing initiatives
- Maintain accurate leasing records
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work weekends
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
