We specialize in natural and organic wines, seasonal bar snacks, and naturally leavened breads and baked goods JOB OVERVIEWAt Bar Heretic, a Porter is responsible for receiving and storing food and paper goods orders, washing and organizing dishes, trash removal, and other activities to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Reports to the Kitchen Operations Manager. Receives orders, checks them against purchase orders, and alerts manager of any missing or incorrect items.
