In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend additional products and services
- Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank
- Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute toward meeting branch goals in various categories, including deposits and loans
- Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve
- Be an active participant in, and advocate for, community growth and prosperity
This role focuses on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account opening. An interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.
