Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis crops within an indoor facility. Experience not required but must have a desire to learn and work with cannabis. Must have OMMA credentials. Must be willing to drive to Purcell, OK if not local.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting of plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yield.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crop handling, pest control, watering, and environmental adjustments to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate hand tools and horticultural equipment safely and efficiently during daily tasks.
