About Position:
The Pizza Chef specializes in the preparation and baking of pizzas. This position’s primary responsibilities revolve around creating delicious pizzas that meet customer expectations and restaurant standards. The Pizza Chef is responsible for operating and monitoring various types of pizza ovens, including brick or stone ovens as well as monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill is required
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or related experience
- Experience in full-service restaurant is desired
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Flexible schedule
- Task-driven individual
