About Us
Bar Bet is a fast-growing live entertainment and fitness company hosting high-energy public events throughout Southern California. Our events are livestreamed to thousands of viewers and require security to help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for participants and spectators.
We’re looking for reliable security guards with an authoritative presence to become part of our long-term team as we expand across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe environment for guests, participants, and staff
- Monitor crowds and help prevent disruptions
- Professionally de-escalate conflicts when necessary
- Protect company equipment and event setup
- Assist with opening and closing event operations
- Work closely with event hosts throughout each shift
- Represent Bar Bet with professionalism and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Event security experience preferred but not required
- Preferably 6’2
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Weekend availability required

Schedule
- Primarily weekends
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Additional shifts available as the company expands
Pay
- $25-30 per hour
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
