Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Nursing. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, handling confidential information, and supporting daily departmental operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Nursing. Manage schedules, meetings, and communications. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate departmental activities and special projects. Maintain records and handle confidential information with discretion. Serve as a liaison between leadership, team members, and external stakeholders. Qualifications: High school diploma required. Administrative assistant experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
