Job Responsibilities: To provide clinical expertise and leadership to plan, develop, and implement educational programs, standards of care, policies and procedures and competency assessment for specialized clinical areas/departments The clinical practice partner will integrate education, research, management, leadership, and consultation into clinical roles, and they function in collegial relationships with nursing peers and other professionals and individuals that influence the health environment. Experience: 3-5 years of Critical Care 3-5 years of Acute Care 1-2 years of Emergency Department 1-2 years of Leadership experience Education & Credential Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Licensed Registered Nurse PALS preferred BLS preferred Education Note: MSN required within 18 months of hire.
