Baptist Health is hiring a Research Coordinator 1 Nurse to join the Baptist Health Research Institute. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus. Responsible for the conduct of clinical human research activities for Baptist Health Research Institute. Ensures that research is conducted in accordance with established standards by working with clinical investigators to coordinate study-related activities. These activities will be clinical, regulatory and administrative in nature. Coordinates numerous protocols simultaneously. Ensures assigned protocols are consistent with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (BCP), Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), local regulations, institutional policies and procedures, and sponsor specifications. Maintains knowledge of clinical practice standards, nursing practice standards, TJC related safety requirements, OHRP requirements, human subject protection standards, and all institutional policies and procedures. Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical and/or research experience required. Bachelor's Degree may substitute one year research.
