Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Epic Reimbursement Analyst to join our team at Metro Square. This role is ideal for an experienced Epic professional with a strong background in reimbursement analysis, managed care contracts, and healthcare systems. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate contract configuration, reimbursement integrity, and operational readiness within the Epic platform. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Certified Epic Reimbursement Analyst Job Responsibilities: Load and maintain managed care, government, and special contracts into the Epic system with a high level of accuracy Validate and test reimbursement functionality within Epic to ensure proper configuration and payment outcomes Collaborate with managed care plans and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate contract implementation Execute all steps required to operationalize contracts following negotiation and approval Monitor contract performance and troubleshoot discrepancies related to reimbursement Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree Required One of the following - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certified OR Epic Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts Certified Experience Requirements: Experience with managed care contracts, hospital billing, or revenue cycle operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency This Certified Epic Reimbursement Analyst will be located at Baptist, Metro Square.
