We are seeking an experienced Lead Stone Countertop Installer to join our team and help deliver beautiful, lasting results for our residential and commercial clients.

Job Summary

The Lead Stone Countertop Installer is responsible for installing stone countertops, performing on‑site fabrication adjustments, and ensuring that each project meets our quality standards. This role also includes working in the shop as needed to support fabrication and preparation. As the on‑site lead, you will maintain a professional presence, guide team members, and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

Installation & On‑Site Fabrication

• Install quartz, quartzite, marble, granite, and other stone countertops.
• Perform precise on‑site adjustments and fabrication to ensure proper fit.
• Operate tools such as grinders, polishers, saws, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify measurements, seams, edges, and overall installation quality.

Leadership & Professional Communication

• Lead installation team members on job sites.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, contractors, and coworkers.
• Communicate any issues that require office approval.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Review fabrication notes, diagrams, and job paperwork for accuracy.
• Document work completed, site conditions, and any adjustments or issues.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles.

Shop Support

• Assist with fabrication, cutting, polishing, and material prep when needed.

Requirements

• Experience with stone countertop installation and fabrication (quartz, granite, marble, etc.).
• Ability to complete on‑site fabrication using professional stone tools.
• Strong understanding of stone handling, installation safety, and proper lifting techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
