- 4 very busy NPs
- Highly functional, tech-saavy practice
- Great group of very experienced providers
- Ancillary services include: Referral Center, Central Lab, On-site Lab Services, Radiology, and EKGs
- Projected Call: 1:7 (PerfectServe screens calls)
- Office location: 7715 Wolf River Boulevard Germantown, TN 38138
- Hours: 7:00AM-4:30PM (flexible schedule options)
