- Creates and documents training methodology for new functionality and/or new Epic modules-25%
- Participates in the design of and documents operational workflows to meet organizational objectives-25%
- Build and maintain all Epic training environments for use in classes across the organization-15%
- Works with users to personalize or customize Epic functionality to improve efficiency and satisfaction-15%
- Provide credential training courses and oversee all aspects of user training-10%
- Completes testing of software applications using established standards and protocols. -5%
- Completes assigned goals. -5%
