Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals accepted : No, perm address must be 75 miles from facility

RTO Restrictions : At manager's discretion

Guaranteed Hours : Please see billing rules

Interventional IR, Scrub, equipment operation / maintenance, vascular studies / procedures.
